Time Sheet Directions:
Download then save the time sheet to your computer. You may either print it and fill out the time sheet or key the information into the excel sheet and print for approval.

- Fill out travel form and submit to your supervisor for approval
- You will need to download any updated forms in order to keep the most current travel form when state travel regulations change
